Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant manager or comparable hospitality leadership experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work 50–55 hours per week, including nights and weekends
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, even if focused on front-of-house
Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in rigorous training environments
- Knowledge of alcohol service best practices
Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Act as a coach, leader, and role model to inspire hospitality without boundaries
- Lead pre-shift and departmental staff meetings for effective communication and team unity
- Oversee daily operations, managing budgets and labor costs in line with targets
- Execute administrative duties including scheduling, inventory, ordering, and employee paperwork
- Ensure team members follow training standards and maintain a high-energy, inclusive atmosphere
- Monitor and support safety, sanitation, and proper alcohol service procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team, contributing to quality and consistency through line checks and menu reviews
- Hold team accountable for delivering an outstanding guest experience
