District Manager – South Texas

District Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-unit retail leadership experience
- Proven success managing high-volume stores and full P&L responsibility
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing management teams
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and operational consistency
- Comfortable with regular travel within the assigned district
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
District Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to a group of 8–15 retail stores
- Drive revenue growth, expense control, and district profitability
- Recruit, coach, and develop store managers and emerging leaders
- Ensure execution of merchandising, inventory management, and operational standards across all locations
- Analyze KPIs and financial reports to identify opportunities and manage risks
- Partner cross-functionally on talent development, compliance, and shrink reduction
- Foster a culture centered on accountability, customer experience, and high performance
