A growing, locally owned fast casual restaurant group known for quality, hospitality, and strong team culture is hiring a Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations in a high-standard, craft-driven environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where managers work directly alongside the team during service and are actively involved in production, service execution, and the overall guest experience.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and service execution
- Coach and develop team members during shifts
- Maintain food quality and hospitality standards
- Work alongside the team during busy service periods
- Support scheduling, labor management, and shift leadership
- Ensure a positive guest experience and strong team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Restaurant management or shift leadership experience
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment
- Strong leadership presence and positive personality
- Ability to lead teams during high-volume service
- Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
