What You’ll Do
- Develop and close commercial real estate insurance accounts (property owners, operators, developers)
- Review Statements of Value (SOVs), rent rolls, and property schedules (training provided)
- Work with carriers and wholesale partners to structure coverage programs
- Maintain a strong pipeline of commercial accounts
- Collaborate with account managers to deliver best-in-class client service
- No prior insurance experience required if you bring CRE knowledge and strong relationship skills
Ideal Background
- Commercial real estate broker, associate, or asset manager
- Strong network of property owners or operators
- Comfortable reviewing financials and property data
- Relationship-driven and entrepreneurial
- Willing to obtain a Texas General Lines – Property & Casualty license
Compensation
- $50,000 base salary while building your book
- Uncapped commissions on new business
- Ongoing renewal commissions
- $100k+ OTE in year 1
