What You’ll Do as a Process Improvement Engineer
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-reduction opportunities
- Drive Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, and visual management initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve quality and reduce downtime
- Track and analyze KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Partner with engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to implement improvements
- Support new product introductions (NPI) and manufacturing process validation
- Facilitate Kaizen events and training sessions to build a culture of continuous improvement
- Contribute to capital planning, equipment improvements, and long-term operational strategy
What You Bring as a Process Improvement Engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Quality Engineering
- 2–5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Engineering, or Quality Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Six Sigma Green Belt required (Black Belt preferred)
- Experience leading improvement projects in a manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with ISO quality systems and performance metrics
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Hands-on mindset with a strong presence on the production floor
