Senior Account Executive – Specialty Finance (Fully Remote)

Job Summary

This is an Inside Sales Position

Join a specialty finance leader providing immediate cash solutions by purchasing structured settlement and annuity payment rights. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work with a high-performing team focused on helping clients convert future payments into immediate lump sum cash while building a lucrative inside sales career with uncapped earning potential.

Benefits & Compensation

·      Base salary of $60,000 to $78,000 based on experience plus uncapped commission

·      Top performers earn $200,000 to $300,000 or more annually

Requirements & Qualifications

·      Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience in the specialty finance sector, preferably structured settlement or annuity purchasing

·      Proven success handling high volume outbound calling, typically 100 to 150 cold calls per day

·      Strong understanding of key inside sales performance metrics such as funded deal count, conversion rate, revenue generated, average case size, and speed to funding

Preferred Background & Skills

·      Prior experience working at structured settlement purchasing firms

·      Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Five9 dialer or similar sales engagement platforms

·      Strong communication, follow up, and consultative selling skills

Day to Day Responsibilities

·      Conduct high volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients using CRM and dialer tools

·      Guide clients through converting structured settlements or annuity payments into immediate lump sums

·      Follow up consistently on leads and drive deals through to completion

·      Maintain accurate client data and pipeline activity within Salesforce

·      Achieve or exceed KPIs related to call volume, conversion rates, funded deals, and revenue

·      Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation, filings, and an excellent customer experience
