Restaurant General Manager

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000
- Bonus: 20% annual bonus, paid quarterly

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and mentor the restaurant team
- Drive guest engagement and build repeat business
- Oversee daily operations to ensure service and quality standards
- Maintain strong knowledge of food and beverage programs
- Manage operational financials, including labor and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Prior General Manager experience in independent restaurants
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials and P&L management
- ServSafe and TIPS certifications required
- Proven leadership and team development skills
