Executive Chef – Upscale, High-Volume Restaurant Group
A well-known, award-winning hospitality group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead one of its flagship operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly respected organization known for delivering outstanding guest experiences, culinary excellence, and continued growth.
This high-end, high-volume operation generates annual sales exceeding $20 million, requiring a strategic and hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of quality and execution.
Executive Chef Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or comparable culinary leadership role
- Proven success leading high-volume restaurants with annual sales of $15M+ (experience in $20M+ operations preferred)
- Upscale dining experience required
- Strong scratch-kitchen background
- Menu development and culinary innovation experience
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing teams
- Expertise in food cost control, labor management, and overall financial performance
- Strong organizational, communication, and operational skills
What We Offer:
