Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or cafe environment, including training responsibilities
- Dynamic and energetic personality
- Proficiency in hospitality technology platforms, including scheduling, inventory management and POS
Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience working with coffee and coffee beverages
- Comfortable interviewing, hiring, and training
