General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a general manager of a major brand property
- 5+ years of hotel leadership experience
- Hilton brand experience is required
- Strong track record in sales and driving property revenue
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams with a people-focused approach
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations while upholding both company and major brand standards
- Ensure financial targets are consistently achieved or exceeded
- Play an active role in sales calls and business development to grow the property’s revenue
- Lead and develop team members with consistency and integrity
- Foster a welcoming and high-performing workplace culture
- Handle additional duties as assigned to ensure the success of the property
