Seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support a growing, multi-location organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with executive leadership on a wide range of legal, compliance, investigative, and operational matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and enjoys managing diverse projects rather than performing repetitive legal tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal and compliance research.
- Assist with privacy and data governance initiatives.
- Gather information from dealerships and business units.
- Support employee investigations and workplace matters.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and recommendations for leadership.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Assist with corporate governance and compliance projects.
- Support outside counsel when necessary.
- Maintain legal documentation and records.
- Participate in policy development and implementation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of paralegal experience preferred.
- Corporate, compliance, employment, litigation, or legal operations experience preferred.
- Strong investigative and research skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organization and project management abilities.
- Experience working with multiple entities or complex organizations is highly desirable.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Paralegal certificate preferred.
