Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing) Responsibilities
- Design PCBAs using Altium Designer, including schematic design and component selection.
- Support manufacturing through New Product Introduction (NPI), New Item Add (NIA), ECRs, and ECOs.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting using oscilloscopes, analyzers, and meters.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide product support for failed units. Define and document manufacturing and rework instructions.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, repairs, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
- Validate new designs and ensure successful release to mass production.
- Lead, manage, or participate in cross-disciplinary projects.
Electrical Engineer (Manufacturing)Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Altium Designer for schematic and PCB layout design.
- Experience with Linux, Python, C++, SQL or equivalent programming.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices and sustaining engineering.
- Hands-on experience with assembly line and manufacturing support preferred.
- Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively while meeting project deadlines.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and a strong team player.
