Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales or account management experience (strongly preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work outdoors and on customer sites.
- Strong organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and precise data entry.
- Hunter mentality, and ability to take lead on assignments
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with long-cycle customer relationships and service recovery.
- Familiarity with territory planning, proposals, market data analysis, and sales activity tracking.
- Executive presence and persuasive communication skills.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Execute outside B2B sales activities including cold calling, walk-ins, and live demonstrations to prospect and secure new business.
- Sell inventory to local and regional accounts, preparing compelling, solutions-focused proposals.
- Manage and grow existing customer relationships, proactively identifying expansion and renewal opportunities.
- Resolve billing, service, or contract issues quickly while upholding high service standards.
