An established and growing vending and equipment leasing organization is adding a highly organized Staff Accountant to its finance team. This position plays a key role in supporting accounting functions across multiple business units and locations. We are seeking a proactive professional who is comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and partnering closely with operational leadership.

• Primarily onsite position, with eligibility for one remote workday per week after six months
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle accounts payable including vendor disbursements and cash management oversight
• Oversee accounts receivable functions including billing, payment application, and collection efforts
• Complete bank reconciliations and ensure account accuracy
• Prepare and post general ledger transactions in a timely manner
• Review and reconcile inventory reporting to ensure financial alignment
• Coordinate payroll submissions and processing through an external payroll partner
• Support month-end close procedures and assist with financial statement preparation
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience, including AR, AP, reconciliations, and inventory management
• Experience with accounting platforms and financial management systems
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 preferred
