Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, upscale, or upscale casual restaurant environment
- Experience managing annual sales volumes of $5+ million
- Proven track record of controlling costs and achieving strong financial results
- Ability to train, develop, and motivate a professional service team
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
