Our client, a growing and community-focused fast-food franchise group, is seeking an energetic and people-driven General Manager to lead a new restaurant opening in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, drive-thru environment and enjoys developing teams, delivering great guest experiences, and driving results.

- $55,000–$60,000 base salary

What You'll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations
- Recruit, train, develop, and motivate team members
- Drive guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Manage labor, food costs, and profitability
- Ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed
- Create a positive, energetic, and results-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of recent Fast Food General Manager experience
- Strong drive-thru operations experience required
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Stable work history with demonstrated career progression
- New restaurant opening experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
