Restaurant General Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary up to $65,000
- Quarterly performance bonus opportunity of up to $8,000 annually

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while creating a positive, engaging work environment
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a strong, successful restaurant team
- Oversee all daily operations, ensuring outstanding guest service, operational excellence, and profitability
- Drive sales, control labor and food costs, and achieve key financial and operational goals
- Build lasting relationships with guests by delivering exceptional service and resolving concerns quickly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and food safety procedures
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recent fast-food General Manager experience required
- Demonstrated success leading teams, driving sales, and achieving operational results
- Stable work history with no more than three employers within the past five years
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
