We are looking for an experienced and driven HR Supervisor to lead our human resources operations and serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions — from talent acquisition and onboarding to compliance, performance management, and payroll administration.
You will play a hands-on role in building a strong, inclusive workplace culture while ensuring our people practices align with business goals. This is an in-person, full-time position ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment — particularly one with experience in industrial or manufacturing settings and familiarity with OSHA regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment labor laws
- Managing employee relations, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
- Administering payroll and maintaining accurate HR records via Dayforce.
- Delivering training on HR policies, safety standards, and workplace conduct
- Driving change management initiatives that support organizational growth
- Partnering with department heads on workforce planning and staffing strategies
HR Supervisor Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

HR Supervisor Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (required)
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a strong plus
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead capacity
- Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing and administration
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment labor laws and OSHA regulations
- Experience supporting change management initiatives in a growing organization
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required, as this role involves regular communication with our Mandarin-speaking workforce and stakeholders
- Proficiency in HR information systems, particularly Dayforce or comparable platforms
- Strong data management and HR reporting capabilities
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive matters
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
