WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
• Leading daily restaurant operations and ensuring exceptional execution
• Driving a high-level guest experience and maintaining service excellence
• Hiring, coaching, and developing hospitality professionals
• Managing labor, scheduling, and operational performance
• Partnering with culinary leadership to deliver consistent execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Full-service restaurant management experience
Strong floor leadership and guest interaction skills
Experience in high-volume operations preferred
Ability to coach and develop successful teams
Financial and labor management awareness
Passion for hospitality and creating great workplace culture
