- Lead menu development rooted in authentic Levantine culinary traditions
- Oversee culinary standards and execution across multiple restaurant concepts
- Mentor and develop Executive Chefs and kitchen leadership teams
- Create seasonal menus featuring mezze, grilled meats, flatbreads, and vegetable-forward dishes
- Maintain consistency in flavor profiles, presentation, and food quality
- Partner with ownership on culinary strategy, innovation, and concept development
