Area Director Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or fast-casual restaurant environments
- Proven ability to manage P&L responsibilities and achieve strong financial results
- Experience developing and mentoring General Managers
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to travel within the Ft. Collins, CO regional territory
Area Director Preferred Background & Skills
- Background in burger-focused fast food concepts preferred
- Experience with pizza, taco, or wing restaurant concepts is a plus if burger experience is present
Area Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Recruit, coach, and develop General Managers, building a pipeline of leadership talent
- Drive operational performance and uphold brand standards across multiple restaurant locations
- Analyze and act on financial reports to improve restaurant profitability
- Manage controllable costs, including labor and food expenses
- Ensure exceptional food quality, safety, and hospitality at all locations
- Address guest feedback, resolve operational challenges, and enhance the guest experience
- Execute local marketing initiatives and support new store openings or remodels
- Collaborate with senior leadership on regional strategies and business growth
