Bakery Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a manager in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service
- Previous experience in restaurants or retail concepts preferred
- Enjoy coaching and mentoring hourly team members
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with hiring, scheduling, performance management, ordering, managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting
Bakery Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Lead, and train the team to ensure operational excellence and outstanding guest service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to achieve the overall profitability of the store
- Build genuine connections with guests and create a welcoming and uplifting environment
- Be involved with the local community, execute company marketing and outreach initiatives
- Address guest concerns professionally and create solutions to continually improve service
Bakery Manager Benefits:
- Base salary in the $62,000-$67,000.00 range (depending on experience)
