Bar Manager
We are seeking a hands-on Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate is a strong operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on delivering excellent guest experiences while building a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations
- Lead, train, and develop bar staff
- Ensure exceptional guest service and issue resolution
- Manage scheduling, labor, and shift coverage
- Maintain beverage quality, consistency, and cleanliness standards
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management
- Assist with cocktail development and seasonal specials
- Partner with leadership on beverage program execution and performance
Qualifications
- Bar management or strong lead bartender experience required
- High-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of bar operations, inventory, and cost control
- Flexible schedule with availability nights and weekends (40–45 hrs/week)
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
Schedule
