Senior Title Agent (REMOTE)
A rapidly growing national real estate services company is seeking a skilled title professional to support critical infrastructure and land acquisition projects. The ideal candidate will live within 2 hours of the (NY, NJ, PA) area!

Title Professional Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of title examination experience; senior candidates bring 8–10+ years of progressive title and leadership experience.
- Valid Title Producer’s License required.
- Deep knowledge of land title examination, legal descriptions, metes and bounds, chain of title, title clearance, judgments, surveys, plats, and maps.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Google Earth Pro, and GIS platforms.
- Experience researching records in county courthouses and online databases.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, both independently and within a team.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Title Professional Preferred Background & Skills
- Demonstrated leadership in managing title departments or teams.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Experience developing internal processes and leading operational improvements.
Title Professional Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough title examinations and establish chains of title.
- Review deeds, mortgages, easements, liens, plats, surveys, and legal descriptions.
- Identify and resolve title defects or discrepancies.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive title reports and parcel illustrations.
- Manage client relationships, communicating status updates and addressing title issues.
- Oversee and support title department operations, supervising staff and optimizing workflows.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and compliance processes.
