Bar and Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of bar management experience in high-volume, full-service settings
- Annual sales volume experience of $4 million+
- Proven history of stable tenure
- Demonstrated, hands-on leadership skills
Bar and Restaurant Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience from both polished corporate concepts and independent brands
- Passion for creative cocktail programs and guest experience
Bar and Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage operations, driving performance and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and empower the front-of-house and bar teams
- Develop innovative cocktails and contribute to menu planning
- Ensure operational excellence and high standards across the bar and restaurant
- Collaborate closely with ownership to shape the direction of the concept
