Elevate your career in one of the planet's most breathtaking mountain destinations – Jackson, Wyoming. We’re seeking an Outlets General Manager to lead three outlets at our boutique hotel. This is a rare opportunity to shape service culture, operational excellence, and guest delight across multiple high-performing outlets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in our three‑meal restaurant, bar & lounge, and in‑room dining.
- Ensure seamless service execution aligning with the brand standards.
- Lead a high-performing team and staff through coaching, training, and structured systems.
- Work with the EC to maintain consistency, quality, and communication between FOH and Culinary.
- Drive financial performance through cost controls, labor , forecasting, and revenue‑generating strategies.
- Accountability for inventory management, ordering, and vendor relationships.
- Uphold exceptional guest service, while resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Maintain a strong floor presence to ensure service excellence and team support.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to develop SOPs, service standards, and brand experiences.
- Monitor guest feedback, ratings, and reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support ongoing recruitment and retention to ensure staffing levels and standards remain high.
- Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Contribute to long‑term strategic planning as the hotel expands and evolves its culinary concepts.
Requirements / Pre‑Requisites:
- 5+ years of restaurant or F&B leadership, preferably within boutique, or resort environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets.
- Strong understanding of Forbes‑level service expectations.
- Hands‑on & humble. You build positive culture, communicate clearly & lead by example.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to connect authentically with guests & staff.
- Thrives in dynamic environments with seasonal fluctuations.
- Demonstrated record of elevated emotional intelligence in high touch environments.
- Passion for hospitality, excellence, and creating memorable guest experiences.
