General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of management experience in quick-service or hospitality settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data, manage financial results, and drive operational improvements
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Previous management experience with quick-service concepts
- Familiarity with systems (Workforce Management, KVS, LMS, People Tools)
- ServSafe Certification
General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and crew team
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, maintaining high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service
- Analyze and manage financials, including labor, food costs, and controllable expenses
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and equipment protocols
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Execute marketing initiatives and foster positive relationships within the local community
