A growing Restoration Company seeking an experienced Third Party Administrator to manage third-party administrator programs, insurance carrier portals, and claim compliance. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely submissions, and full adherence to TPA guidelines to maximize approvals and revenue.

Third Party Administrator Requirements and Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in insurance claims, restoration, or TPA program management
- Direct experience with TPA portals (Contractor Connection, Sedgwick, Alacrity, Accuserve, etc.)
- Proficiency in Xactimate and understanding of estimates, supplements, and pricing compliance
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and restoration workflows
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with field teams and adjusters
Third Party Administrator Preferred Background and Skills:
- Experience working within a restoration company handling TPA-driven work
- Familiarity with SLAs, scorecards, and carrier compliance standards
- Knowledge of common claim deductions and approval processes
- Ability to manage high-volume claims in a fast-paced environment
