Responsibilities
- Service an established portfolio of personal insurance clients
- Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and coverage updates
- Assist clients with questions regarding policies, billing, and claims processes
- Review coverage needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Partner with insurance carriers to obtain competitive options and resolve account issues
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records while providing timely follow-up
What We're Looking For
- Experience in personal insurance servicing, customer support, or account management
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a busy workload effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent follow-through
- Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
