Chef de Cuisine
Seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine for a new restaurant opening. This French-inspired seafood restaurant will serve lunch, dinner, and brunch in an upscale-casual, chef-driven environment. We're looking for a passionate, detail-obsessed Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen and execute at the highest level without compromise. Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a scratch, French-inspired seafood menu with precision
- Hire, train, and mentor a disciplined, high-performing culinary team
- Maintain uncompromising standards in quality, presentation, and service
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including ordering, sanitation, and systems
Chef de Cuisine Qualifications
- Formal culinary training with strong foundation in classical French cuisine
- Extensive experience with fresh seafood fabrication and preparation
- Background in chef-driven, quality-focused restaurant concepts
- Proven leadership experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in an upscale, yet approachable setting
