We are seeking an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead a high-volume, full-service restaurant with a strong local following. This leader will be responsible for driving operational excellence, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience. General Manager Compensation and Benefits

General Manager Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring
- excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members to build a
- strong, engaged culture
- Drive sales growth through community involvement, local
- marketing, and guest relationship building
- Manage P&L performance, including labor, food cost, and
- controllable expenses
- Maintain high standards for food safety, sanitation, and
- compliance
- Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to support operational
- success
- Create a positive and welcoming environment for both guests and
- staff
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and operating
- procedures
General Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume,
- full-service or polished casual restaurant
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving
- profitability
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience building culture and retaining staff in a competitive
- labor market
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on leadership style with high visibility in the dining
- room
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and
- weekends
