Front of House Manager
We are seeking a high-energy Front of House Manager to join a growing hospitality group known for high-volume, guest-focused restaurant concepts. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is passionate about hospitality, team development, food and beverage, and delivering standout guest experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment, preferably $5MM+ in annual sales
- Strong bar operations experience preferred
- Experience in nightlife, entertainment-driven, event-based, multi-outlet, or high-energy hospitality environments a plus
- Proven leadership experience with servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
- Strong culinary awareness and passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- Experience managing labor, revenue goals, service standards, and guest satisfaction
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Must meet all federal, state, and local food and beverage service regulations
- Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working across dining rooms, bars, kitchens, cooler areas, patios, and event spaces as needed
