Conference Planner – Hotel & Conference Services Background

$80K – $90K + Bonus Potential | Full Benefits
We are seeking a polished, client-facing Conference Planner with a background in full-service hotels or conference services to support a high-volume, professional conference environment.
This role supports 200+ events annually with a focus on executive meetings, corporate programs, and high-touch client service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage planning and execution of multiple events and meetings daily
- Own and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) from creation through execution
- Coordinate directly with culinary, AV, and operations teams
- Lead client communication, site visits, and event walkthroughs
- Ensure flawless execution of meetings, catering, and room setups
- Manage event timelines, logistics, and last-minute adjustments
- Maintain high client satisfaction and service standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in:
- Full-service hotel conference services or event management
- Banquets, catering, or conference operations
- Proven ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with BEO management and event detailing
- Professional, client-facing communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Stable work history (2+ years in recent roles preferred)
Preferred Background
- Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Omni, Ritz-Carlton, etc.
- Conference Services Manager or Hotel Event Manager experience
- Experience in high-volume meeting environments
