Restaurant General Manager
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead one of our high-volume, hospitality-driven restaurant concepts. Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a comparable high-volume restaurant environment
- Proven success completing a structured restaurant management training program
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and retain high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience driving sales, controlling costs, and achieving profitability goals
- Excellent communication, guest recovery, and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing large teams in fast-paced, service-focused environments
- Proficiency with POS systems and standard computer applications
- Ability to meet all federal, state, and local regulations related to food and beverage service
- Physical ability to meet the demands of a high-volume restaurant operation
Must-Haves
- Experience managing extremely high-volume restaurant operations, $8mm+ annual revenue
- Positive attitude and solutions-oriented leadership style
- Guest-first mentality with a commitment to exceptional hospitality
- Hands-on leadership approach with a consistent presence on the floor during service
- Ability to balance guest experience, team morale, and operational execution simultaneously
- Strong instincts for managing service flow, staffing levels, and operational priorities in real time
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Consistent follow-through on standards, cleanliness, presentation, and accountability
- Calm, confident decision-making during high-pressure service periods
- Ability to effectively lead and develop management teams and hourly staff
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, entertainment-driven, multi-unit, or multi-outlet restaurant concepts
- Background working with chef-driven, scratch kitchen, or hospitality-focused operations
- Proven track record of mentoring managers and developing future leaders
- Experience overseeing complex food and beverage operations with multiple revenue streams
- Passion for hospitality, team development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
