What You'll Do
- Lead all back-of-house operations, including culinary execution, staffing, scheduling, and training
- Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Manage food and labor costs while driving operational efficiency
- Collaborate on seasonal menu development and culinary innovation
- Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing kitchen team
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and excellence
What We're Looking For
- Proven Executive Chef experience in an upscale, chef-driven, or fine dining environment
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Hands-on leadership style with a commitment to quality and consistency
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $90,000 – $95,000
- Attainable Bonus: $10,000 – $15,000 annually
- 10 Days PTO after 90 days
- 5 Sick Days
