Are you ready to be part of an exciting new restaurant opening in McLean? We’re partnering with a well-funded, chef-driven concept preparing to debut in one of Northern Virginia’s most dynamic markets — and we’re seeking a passionate, hands-on Restaurant Manager to help lead the launch.
This is a rare opportunity to join a brand at the ground level, build the culture, hire the team, and set the tone for operational excellence from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing service team
- Drive hospitality standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Manage labor, scheduling, and controllable costs
- Support a seamless pre-opening process and grand opening execution
- Foster a positive, accountable, team-focused culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 + years of management experience in upscale or polished casual dining
- New restaurant opening experience preferred
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, floor-driven approach
- Solid understanding of labor management and operational controls
- Passion for hospitality, team development, and guest satisfaction
- High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
