Senior Product Marketing Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in product management, marketing, or market research for B2B or B2C consumer products
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (MBA a plus)
- Proven experience leading new product development and lifecycle management for technology or durable goods
- Strong analytical, strategic, and financial modeling abilities
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience managing teams and collaborating across departments
- Ability to travel 5–10% as needed
Senior Product Marketing Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Familiarity with design thinking and end-to-end product development for branded portfolios
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Data analysis and visualization experience for product and market insight
Senior Product Marketing Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of product innovation roadmaps for multiple brands
- Analyze industry trends, user insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Guide cross-functional teams and external partners in product design and development
- Conduct market research, synthesize data, and define business cases for new products
- Present strategic recommendations and updates to senior leadership and business teams
- Oversee product lifecycle management, including pricing, launch strategy, and ongoing enhancements
