Senior Account Supervisor
The Senior Account Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring delivery against client expectations while upholding agency processes and standards. This individual serves as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, partners, and vendors, helping drive strategic direction, creative execution, go-to-market planning, and financial oversight.
Senior Account Supervisor Responsibilities
- Partner with senior account leadership to develop and deliver strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives and long-term business goals.
- Apply strong understanding of local markets and consumer dynamics — including social, economic, and political influences — to inform plans and recommendations.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring consistent, proactive, and high-quality service.
- Forecast, track, reconcile, and report on financial performance, identifying risks and reinvestment opportunities.
- Deliver clear, concise, and impactful written and verbal communications.
- Prepare structured presentations and strategic narratives for client meetings.
Senior Account Supervisor Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, account management, and/or client services.
- 4+ years of experience managing and mentoring account service team members.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong strategic thinking and business case development skills.
- Proven experience building and managing budgets, sales projections, and financial reporting.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including media, PR, social, events, partnerships, and brand communications.
