Our client, a well-established financial services firm specializing in custodial and trust solutions, is seeking an Outbound Growth Marketing Specialist to support and scale its outbound marketing efforts. This role focuses on building targeted outreach campaigns, managing marketing automation through HubSpot, and developing compelling messaging that drives engagement and pipeline growth. The ideal candidate is a strong copywriter with hands-on experience executing outbound marketing strategies in B2B environments, preferably within financial services or another regulated industry.
Outbound Growth Marketing Specialist Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary in the $75,000 to $85,000 range

Outbound Growth Marketing Specialist Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in outbound marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot for CRM management, automation, workflows, and reporting
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling outreach and campaign messaging
- Experience building and optimizing outbound email campaigns and sequences
- Familiarity with lead sourcing tools and maintaining segmented contact lists
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
- Experience in financial services, fintech, wealth management, or another regulated industry preferred
Outbound Growth Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
- Source and manage lead lists from data providers and maintain clean, segmented records within HubSpot
- Build vertical-specific outbound playbooks including ICP definitions, messaging, and outreach strategies
- Develop and manage automated email sequences, nurture campaigns, and workflows in HubSpot
- Create multi-touch outbound campaigns using email, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted content distribution
- Write outbound messaging and campaign copy tailored to specific industry verticals
- Track campaign performance using HubSpot dashboards and optimize campaigns based on response data
- Support content-driven lead generation initiatives such as podcast promotion and distribution for outbound engagement
