This candidate must come from an upscale restaurant background and have experience as an Sushi Chef. This person should know how to inspire and motivate a team to be focused on delivering a guest experience that exceeds expectations.
Executive Sushi Chef Responsibilities:
- Extremely creative in their cooking ability and must also be able to follow current recipes
- Manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Coach and develop hourly team members
Executive Sushi Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience preparing Sushi
- Tenure 2+ years
- Have a guest-first attitude and drive the team to have the same attitude
