Clinical Supervisor — Behavioral Health
A fully licensed and accredited residential behavioral health treatment center is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and support a team of therapists providing care for individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
This leadership role blends hands-on clinical supervision with operational oversight, including staff scheduling, documentation review, performance support, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Active Maryland licensure (LCSW-C, LCPC, or equivalent)
- 3–5+ years of behavioral health clinical experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of ASAM criteria and clinical documentation standards
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100–110K salary
