Full-Service Scratch Kitchen | Craft Beverage Program | High-Energy Environment
We’re seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead a dynamic, full-service concept featuring a scratch kitchen and elevated craft beverage program. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong community engagement and event-driven traffic.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily FOH & BOH operations
- Lead service during peak shifts and high-traffic events
- Manage food, labor, and beverage costs
- Oversee bar execution and beverage standards
- Hire, train, and develop team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Maintain food safety, alcohol compliance, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Scratch kitchen experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of craft beverage programs
- Proven ability to manage high-volume shifts
- Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
- Availability for nights, weekends, and event-driven schedules
