Area Director Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience within specialty coffee, QSR, fast-casual, or hospitality operations, overseeing five or more locations
- Deep specialty coffee expertise with the ability to train baristas, maintain beverage quality standards, troubleshoot coffee equipment, and oversee coffee program execution
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required
- Proven experience managing P&Ls, labor costs, COGS, waste reduction initiatives, and operational performance metrics across multiple locations
- Oversee regional budgeting, financial performance, labor planning, and profitability initiatives
- Lead and develop managers, lead baristas, and operational support staff to ensure accountability, performance, and team engagement
- Support catering, events, and brand activation programs while ensuring seamless execution alongside daily operations
Area Director Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience with Toast and Restaurant365 or similar restaurant and workforce management platforms
- Background with premium coffee brands
- Strong knowledge of the Miami hospitality market
- Candidates who are hands-on, collaborative, process-driven, and passionate about team development
