Chef de Cuisine Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the culinary team during service
- Oversee food preparation, quality, and presentation
- Assist in menu development and execution, with a focus on Asian fusion and sushi
- Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Solve problems quickly and keep the kitchen running smoothly
Chef de Cuisine Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a culinary leadership role as an ESC, CDC or Executive Chef
- Background in Asian fusion or sushi preparation is highly preferred
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for delivering excellence and consistency in every dish
