We are seeking a Director of Curriculum and Instruction to serve as a key academic leader and strategic partner to senior leadership within a mission-driven, faith-based high school environment. This role focuses on strengthening curriculum alignment, supporting faculty growth, and advancing instructional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with academic leadership on curriculum, instruction, and academic strategy
- Support and coach faculty to improve teaching practices
- Ensure curriculum alignment, rigor, and consistency across departments
- Review course content, assessments, and instructional approaches
- Support faculty goal-setting and professional growth
- Use academic data to improve teaching and learning outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership, faculty, students, and families
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Education or related field
- Significant secondary teaching experience
- Experience in instructional leadership, curriculum development, or faculty coaching
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
