Position Summary
A dynamic and experienced leader is sought to oversee all facets of restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest experience, financial performance, and community engagement. The ideal candidate brings high energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. This role requires the ability to mentor a team, drive results, and maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management or restaurant leadership.
- Strong financial acumen and familiarity with scheduling, POS systems, and order management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Certifications: ServSafe Manager and TiPS Certified (or willingness to obtain).
Core Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop restaurant managers and staff in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
- Ensure excellent service and food quality while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Oversee operations, including staffing, training, inventory, and compliance with health and labor regulations.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, reporting, and marketing initiatives.
