We are currently looking for a Project Manager with a IT/Tech Background to support our company!
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Lead projects from initial scoping and planning through execution and close-out, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes.
- Strategic Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a central hub for Operations, R&D, Brand, and Finance, driving team accountability and maintaining clear, consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Operational Excellence & Risk Mitigation: Build robust project plans and milestones while proactively identifying roadblocks and leveraging AI-enabled digital tools to track progress and manage dependencies.
- Scalable Process Optimization: Focus on creating repeatable, continuously improving project workflows that empower cross-functional teams and build organizational confidence in project execution.
Project Manager Requirements:
- Comprehensive Project Ownership: Proven track record of managing the full project lifecycle (A–Z) with a data-driven mindset, utilizing modern digital tools to track progress and inform strategic decisions.
- Industry & Growth Expertise: Over 3 years of relevant experience or PMP certification, ideally within the Food & Beverage sector or high-growth environments like Tech and Finance.
- Advanced Organizational Skills: Highly dependable and proactive professional capable of managing multiple competing priorities with strong time-management and digital fluency.
- High-EQ Leadership: A collaborative, solution-oriented communicator who can navigate conflict, influence without authority, and drive cross-functional accountability with professionalism.
