Join an established hospitality group as a restaurant events and sales manager and help shape a growing private dining and events program in Washington, DC. Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary $55,000–$65,000 annually

Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, restaurant management, events, sales, catering, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable networking and developing new business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with private dining, catering, banquet sales, or event coordination
- Experience conducting sales presentations and client meetings
- Knowledge of the Washington, DC hospitality and events market
- Experience using CRM, event management, or restaurant software systems
- Restaurant floor management experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Generate and manage private dining, corporate events, and restaurant buyout opportunities
- Convert inquiries into booked business through relationship-building and consultative sales
- Coordinate event details between clients and restaurant leadership, ensuring seamless execution
- Serve as the primary contact for clients before, during, and after events
- Support daily restaurant operations and floor management, maintaining high hospitality standards
- Build partnerships with local businesses and participate in community outreach to grow the events business
- Collaborate on marketing strategies and assist in developing promotional materials
