Established restaurant organization is seeking an experienced Area Supervisor to lead a portfolio of 4–5 high-volume locations generating approximately $15 million in annual revenue. This role is responsible for developing General Managers, driving operational consistency, and delivering strong financial results across the market. The ideal candidate is a hands-on multi-unit leader who excels at coaching teams, improving performance, and building a culture of accountability.

Area Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Proven success leading General Managers and high-volume restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, and operational metrics
- Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations
Area Supervisor Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurant concepts
- Background overseeing $10M+ in annual sales volume
- Track record of developing high-performing leadership teams
- Experience working within franchise or highly structured operating environments
