Director of Fine Dining
Luxury Hospitality | Executive Expatriate Package
An internationally recognized luxury hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Director of Fine Dining to lead a portfolio of high-profile dining venues within a world-class destination resort in the United Arab Emirates.
This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee luxury restaurant operations, drive financial performance, elevate guest experiences, and develop exceptional teams in one of the world's most exciting hospitality markets.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple fine-dining venues.
- Partner with culinary, beverage, marketing, and guest experience teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
- Drive innovation, guest personalization, and operational excellence.
- Build and develop high-performing management and service teams.
Operations & Guest Experience
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations.
- Ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Financial Performance
- Drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage budgets, labor productivity, forecasting, and cost controls.
- Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 5+ years of senior leadership experience in luxury fine dining.
- Experience in Michelin-starred, Gault&Millau, World's 50 Best, or similarly acclaimed restaurant environments preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Forbes Five-Star service standards.
- Proven success leading large teams in high-volume luxury operations.
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and team development.
